With extensive compliance experience, Ana leads Natixis in Portugal’s Compliance function. Formerly at the UK FCA, she oversees regulatory reporting, market conduct, and D&I initiatives, ensuring global and local compliance alignment.
Leading digital transformation at Natixis, Arnaud joined BPCE in 2018 and became Head of BPCE-SI in Portugal in 2024. He drives operational excellence across banking IT, drawing on prior experience in digital factory and banking projects.

Overseeing BPCE-IT in Porto, Jean-Marc focuses on strategic IT transformation. He has 20+ years of experience across Natixis and BPCE-IT, managing technology teams and implementing projects that enhance global operations and efficiency.
With extensive IT and finance experience, Karine leads the DSL-Finance team, delivering project management and application oversight. She combines technical expertise with leadership to optimize IT and financial operations.
