Possess a strong grasp of due diligence and analysis requirements for counterparties and complex capital markets products (including derivatives, financing, and structured transactions).

Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in MS Office products (including advanced Excel data manipulation).

Analyze trading activity, associated communications and alerts generated from Natixis surveillance systems or manual controls to detect abnormal or suspicious trading activity (Market Manipulation, Insider Dealing or Misconduct violations) that could compromise Market Integrity.

Analyze data sources to reconstruct the lifecycle of alerted trades from order to execution to support alert decisioning. 

Perform relevant investigatory activities and escalate to local Compliance teams or to the global CIB Compliance team as necessary.

Participate in definition of test strategies and test plans.

Design, execute and maintain manual test cases.

Overseeing monitoring of counterparties under watchlist and refining our credit risk anticipation framework.

Ensure risk oversight through accurate management and monitoring of "grappage" (exposure classification) and limits validated during credit committees.

Implement flow matrices aligned with project requirements and security standards.

Analyze and process filtering policy modification requests.

Apply and enforce the internal Security Policy.

Act as the primary technical reference and authority within the Agile development team, guiding technical decisions throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Architect, design, and oversee the development of testable, efficient, scalable, and reusable high-quality code.

Define the frontend architecture and lead the implementation of user-friendly, high-performance interfaces using Angular. 

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand project needs and transform them into technical specifications.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.

Design, develop, and maintain COBOL applications in compliance with business requirements.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.

Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Support Data Management initiatives for internal & regulatory requirements toward the improvement of the quality of reports produced by Natixis CIB.

Participate in the Data monitoring for CIB activities (Financing, Risk, Client Support Group, Global Markets, Trades and Cash).

Implement the Data Management Framework (DMF) related to the Finance Department.

Assists in coordinating administrative tasks related to training programs, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications.

Collaborates with internal stakeholders (e.g., training managers, internal trainers, trainees) to contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs, with a strong emphasis on meeting client expectations.

Supports the training managers in monitoring and reporting on the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training activities.

CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, build, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines, with a strong focus on Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Architect, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Cloud Architecture: Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Prepare recurring financial reports and management information used for financial steering and regulatory exercises.

Management Balance Sheet reporting (assets, liabilities and off-balance-sheet items allocated by business line).

Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline and automate reporting processes and controls.

Conduct daily surveillance of electronic and voice communications to ensure compliance with appropriate rules, regulations, and firm policies.

Perform research and investigations to identify the reason for potential violations.

Document research results and escalate violations and/or suspicious activity according to firm policy and regulatory requirements.
